Job Description

Position: Event Coordinator

Department: Sales & Marketing Department

Supervisor: Sales and Marketing Manager

Cooperation: Reservation and Back office,Accounting, Reception, Restaurant, Kitchen


Main job duties:

- Negotiations with clients;

- Organize and manage events;

- Provide and control preparation, conduct and closure processes of the events;

- Manage staff responsible for event coordination activities;

- Calculate event budget and adjust when necessary;

- Promote the event using flyers, and social media etc.;

- Ensure day of event goes smoothly;

- Set up flowers, decorations, and other event décor;

- Give final approval for items such as music and menus;

- Other duties regarding the position;


Required knowledge and skills

- Higher education;

- Not less than 1 year work experience;

- Excellent knowledge of Armenian, English and Russian languages;

- Computer skills/MS Office;

- Team worker;

- Ability to keep deadlines;
