Air condition & Heating

All our rooms are equipped with an individual temperature setting for your comfort. Please use the wall mounted regulator to set the air conditioning. If you need any assistance or you have questions about the system please contact our Reception for help.

Airport

The airport is about 12km away from the hotel and it takes 15-20 minutes by car. If you would like us to arrange an airport transfer, the reception team is more than happy to help you in this matter.

Baby bed

We have some baby beds available, if you need one, please contact Reception.

Breakfast

is served in the Restaurant from 7.00-11.00 daily.

Business Centre

If you would like to send a fax or make a copy, please contact our Reception Team to assist you.

Car parking

The hotel garage is at your disposal free of charge for hotel guest only. We would like to inform you that the hotel is not liable for cars or any objects left in the car!

Car rental

Please contact Reception for further information.

Check out

Check out time is 12.00 o’clock, noon. The Reception will assist you to store your luggage if you would like to spend more time in town before going to the airport. If you require a later check out or wish to extend your stay please contact Reception!

Guest Relation

Our Guest relation Agent will assists with all your requests and wishes. Table bookings, restaurant recommendations, flower arrangements, Theatre and Museum tickets as well as mailing your correspondence.

We accept the following credit cards: American Express, MasterCard/Euro card, VISA. If you have questions in regards to payment methods please contact Reception!

“Do not Disturb”

In case you do not wish to be disturbed, please leave the “Do not disturb” sign on the outside doorknob. If you do not want to receive any telephone calls, please inform the reception. Internal room-to-room calls cannot be prevented!

Housekeeping

Our Housekeeping team is at your service at all times. Should you require an extra towel, an extra pillow or an ironing board please let us know. For extra cleaning service of your Suite please also contact the Housekeeping team or Reception.

In-room kitchen

All our apartments have a fully equipped kitchenette. If there is anything missing; please contact either Housekeeping or Reception. If you need explanation for using the equipment please contact Reception.

Iron/Ironing board

Please contact the reception if you wish to have delivered the iron and ironing board.

IT support

If you are having difficulties with your computer, internet connection, etc. our Reception will be glad to help you.

Laundry/Dry-cleaning/Ironing Services

We also provide Laundry/Dry-cleaning/Ironing services for extra fee.

Lost & Found

All found items are stored in our Housekeeping department for 3 months. Please contact our Reception team if you are missing something.

Minibar

The minibar is replenished daily, all consumption will be charged to your room account. Please indicate your last day’s consumption at the front desk upon check-out.

Daily newspapers are at your disposal in the lobby.

Personal Hygiene

We have shaving kits, dental kits and available upon request. Simply call Reception and it will be brought to your room. If you need anything else please also contact our Reception team and they will be more than happy to assist.

Restaurant

Our Sinatra Restaurant present European and Armenian dishes/drinks, and available at the following times: Breakfast: 7:00am – 11:00am, Lunch & Dinner: 03:00pm – 23:00pm

Is available 24/7 you can find the room service menu at your room. For orders please dial ext. 0127.

Safe

All our rooms are equipped with an in- room safe in small laptop size. You find it in your main wardrobe. Please follow the instructions on the front side of the safe. The hotel does not take responsibility for any valuables items not placed in the in-room safe.

Thai Penthouse Spa & Wellness Center

Entry with booking in advance only, limited space, especially during cold seasons, as the terrace will not be available anymore. All the visitors of the pool must:

• Take shower before entering the pool

• Do not use the pool with any kind of cream

• Collect the hair or to have a swimming hat

• No food is allowed

• Any drink only from Thai Penthouse

• No jumping in the water is allowed

• No kids under 6 years old

• Must be informed that no lifeguard on duty

Swimming pool with Thai herbal sauna and Thai Green Tea with regular price 12.000 AMD per person for 3 hours. Special rate for the hotel guests only.

• 3.000 AMD - only the pool till 1 hour

• 6.000 AMD - the pool and Thai green tea at the terrace till 2 hours

• 9.000 AMD - the pool with Thai herbal steam sauna and Thai green tea at the terrace till 3 hours.

Shoeshine machine

Please find our shoeshine machine in the lobby, next to the restrooms.

To enjoy a shopping-tour through Yerevan please contact Guest Relation. Our team will provide you with all information about the most famous shopping-streets as well as shopping malls.

Smoking

Smoking is only allowed in designated rooms and areas. Please be informed that the hotel is entitled to charge you 30’000 AMD penalty for forbidden smoking rooms.
