- Minimum Age for Registration: 18
Early Check-in:
- In case of early check-in prior to 06:00 am, an extra 100% charge of a room rate per night will be added to final bill.
- In case of early check-in after 06:00 am an extra 50% charge of a room rate per night will be added to the final bill.
Late check-out:
- In case of late check-out prior to 19:00 pm an extra 50% charge of the room rate per night will be added to the final bill
- In case of late check-out after 19:00 pm, an extra 100% charge of a room rate per night will be added to the final bill.
NOTE: Early check-in or a late check-out are subject to room availability.
Cancellation policy
All hotel rooms are subject to a cancellation policy depending on which kind of rates/reservation you have chosen. The cancellation period and cancellation fee may vary depending on the room tariff. Please contact the hotel to have more information.
Early Departure Policy
In case of an early departure, 24 hours’ notice of the revised departure date is required to avoid 1-night penalty.

Child Policy
- Complimentary baby cot
- 0–5-year-old children can share their parents’ room on complimentary basis. The baby cot will be provided on a complimentary basis.
- 6–11-year-old children can share their parents’ room with 50% discount
- From 12 y. o. 100% of extra person rate will be applied for accommodation and breakfast
Hotel parking
Parking is available upon request.
Food Policy
Food and Alcoholic beverages are not allowed to be brought into the hotel for hygiene and quality control purposes. Any food found in the room will be removed immediately.
Smoking policy
Smoking in non-smoking areas is strictly forbidden. Please note that guests found to be smoking in the non-smoking areas will be charged fee of 50,000 AMD.
Valuables
If you travel with valuables, there is a safety box in your wardrobe. The Hotel is not responsible for any lost items.
Hotel’s items
It’s forbidden to damage any hotel item. In case of damage, the value of the item will be charged to the guest.
